As Managing Director of CNA International, the Executive Search arm of The Pertemps Network Group, Nick Sprang is responsible for over 20 UK offices and 14 international offices building businesses that support clients in mid to senior level recruitment using search methodology to find the right talent.
Nick has been in recruitment for nearly 20 years. He started his career as a billing consultant and for the last decade as Managing Director for two recruitment companies. Nick specialises in the development and growth of executive search businesses worldwide with experience in both start-ups and turnarounds.
