Julianna Zhynzher is a result-oriented and self-motivated recruitment consultant. She considers herself to be very much a people person. Julianna has spent several years in Berlin and has been inspired by the city’s startup scene, through which she discovered and fell in love with technical recruitment. She feels that there is nothing better than providing opportunities for smart people to do awesome new things; it’s a fantastic industry that she feels lucky to be a part of. Julianna’s goal as a recruitment consultant is to build strong, long-lasting, trustworthy and mutually beneficial relationships with candidates and clients alike.
