Location – Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary: £75,000 basic
Car Allowance: £7,940
Pension: 10% of salary rising to 15% (non-contributory with salary sacrifice opportunity)
Bonus: Up to 80% of salary
Throughout your financial services management career, you will have acted as a sales coach, mentor, trainer, team builder, recruiter, and product specialist to your team of financial advisers. You will understand the psychology behind how financial adviser’s work, how good business practices are created and nurtured and you might even understand how a good adviser becomes a great adviser and can evidence your successes.
My client is looking for good level four qualified sales managers, outstanding leaders who can inspire the very best in those who work with them. The role of a Partnership Development Manager is not so different to working as a sales manager; you’ll have a designated geographical area and a number of advisory practices within that area for which you will provide an experienced supervisory service – acting as a mentor, coach, recruiter, trainer and team builder. You’ll be working with some of the FS industries best Financial Advisers and business owners, providing a key level of FS leadership expertise.
