What you will be responsible for
Your role as Site Sales Consultant is essential within the Land and New Homes Division. You will be the 'face' of Land and New Homes within Northolt's trendiest development site.
Each member of the Spicerhaart Land and New Homes team strives to deliver impeccable customer service at each possible opportunity. On a daily basis, you will register new applicants, book and conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between applicants. Your role is vital to the business, aiding the growth of your branch through canvassing, prospecting and obtaining referrals. Much of this role will involve recommending our array of services and ensuring that our customers are kept as part of the "Spicerhaart family", too.
In addition, your passion for this industry will be evident in your commercial awareness, where you will be seen as the ‘hub of knowledge’ – an expert in both the developer and buyers' needs. We are, after all, in the business of property sales and investments and ultimately, in helping our customers achieve their property goals.

What you will need
This role is ideal if you have are a current on-site sales experience ideally in shared ownership and experience working in a high-volume sales environment. As the Site Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing relationships with your clients. You will be the ideal candidate if you will have a real passion for your work and demonstrate to us how you would embed this passion within your new role.
