What you’ll be responsible for
Your role as Regional Sales Manager is essential within the Land and New Homes Division. You will be the 'face' of Land and New Homes within your region's Development sites and throughout our Estate Agencies. You’ll enjoy a role delivering maximum value for your developers whilst winning new projects and developments.
You will be working as part of the Regional Management Team, providing quality management and control of instructions that are sold through branches and appointed Land & New Homes Sales Advisors, being a key contributor of delivering the subsidiary new homes budget.
Reporting to the Divisional Sales Director, Hilary Harman, you will ensure that all instructions are managed effectively, to maximise sales performance.
In addition, you will be accountable for managing unit sales from reservation to completion and ensuring all client deadlines are met. This role will focus on the following key responsibilities:
